Fluor Federal Solutions LLC, Greenville, South Carolina, is being awarded a $45,364,206 modification under a previously awarded indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract (N69450-12-D-7582) to exercise option three for base operations support services at various installations in the Naval Facilities Engineering Command Southeast area of responsibility. Lockheed Martin, Mission Systems and Training, Moorestown, New Jersey, is being awarded a $22,358,071 modification to previously awarded contract N00024-12-C-4309 for the lifetime sustainment and support services for installed Aegis Weapon Systems (AWS). The contract will provide for support of the critical modernization programs currently in process for the AWS as well as logistics and sustainment support for the in-service Aegis ship fleet in order to prevent delays in the delivery of the AWS upgrades and schedule and operational impacts to the effected ship availabilities. This is a combined effort for the Navy (99.7 percent), and the government of Australia under the Foreign Military Sales program (.3 percent). Work will be performed in Moorestown, New Jersey (81 percent); and Mt. Laurel, New Jersey (19 percent), and is expected to be completed by June 2017. Fiscal 2015 operations and maintenance (Navy); fiscal 2015 shipbuilding and conversion (Navy); and foreign military sales funding in the amount of $3,691,842 will be obligated at time of award. OmniPhase Research Laboratories Inc.,* Newport Beach, California, is being awarded a $17,781,852 firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for MK 666 continuous wave illuminator (CWI) noise test sets (NTS); system training; teardown, test, and evaluation; negotiated repairs; and provisioned item orders for depot repair parts. The MK-666 CWI NTS is used to optimize performance of the MK99 surface-to-air weapon system aboard all CG-47 and DDG-51 class ships. This contract combines purchases for the Navy (70 percent) and the governments of Poland (5 percent); Australia (5 percent); Japan (5 percent); Korea (5 percent); Norway (5 percent); and Spain (5 percent), under the Foreign Military Sales program. Work will be performed in National City, California, and is expected to be completed by December 2020. Fiscal 2015 other procurement (Navy) funding in the amount of $1,274,604 will be obligated at time of award. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Chugach Federal Solutions Inc.,* Anchorage, Alaska, is being awarded a $12,291,832 firm-fixed-price modification to increase the maximum dollar value of a previously awarded indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for base operations support at various installations in the Naval Facilities Engineering Command Northwest area of responsibility. The work to be performed provides for all management and administration, visual services, security, fire and emergency, facilities management and investment, pest control, integrated solid waste, pavement clearance, utilities, base support vehicles and equipment, and environmental services to provide base operations support services. After award of this modification, the total cumulative contract value will be $66,769,608. Work will be performed in, but not limited to, Washington (90 percent); Alaska (1 percent); Idaho (1 percent); Iowa (1 percent); Minnesota (1 percent); Montana (1 percent); Nebraska (1 percent); Oregon (1 percent); North Dakota (1 percent); South Dakota (1 percent); and Wyoming (1 percent), and is expected to be completed by September 2015. AIR FORCE
Raytheon Co., El Segundo, California, has been awarded a $39,040,820 modification (P00030) to previously awarded contract FA8807-12-C-0012 for a Military GPS User Equipment (MGUE) contract. Contractor will accelerate the MGUE program through the addition of pre-prototype receiver card deliveries and test support activities to enable faster fielding of M-Code capable GPS receivers to the warfighter. Work will be performed at El Segundo, California, and is expected to be complete by Feb. 28, 2017. Fiscal 2014 and 2014 research, development, test and evaluation funds in the amount of $16,319,409 are being obligated at the time of award. The Aerospace Corp., El Segundo, California, has been awarded a $24,668,000 modification (P00025) to previously awarded contract FA8802-14-C-0001. The modification increases the value of the existing contract by including additional equipment outside of ceiling which allows the contractor to bill for depreciation, special purpose plant equipment and research facilities costs in fiscal 2015. Work will be performed at El Segundo, California, and is expected to be complete by Sept. 30, 2015. No funds are being obligated at the time of award. Boeing Company, El Segundo, California, has been awarded an $11,539,222 cost-plus-incentive- fee, cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for Space Based Space Surveillance Block 10 Sustainment. Contractor will provide the sustainment and required development necessary for Air Force operations and maintenance of the Space Based Space Surveillance System and Red Local Area Network. This effort includes systems engineering, operations, operations support, and contractor logistics support. Wright State University, Dayton, Ohio, has been awarded a $7,500,000 modification (P00016) to previously awarded contract FA8650-11-C-6232 for research on interactions with semi-autonomous remotely piloted vehicles. Contractor will provide refinements and improvements to the current implementation of the Remotely Piloted Aircraft Transit Operations Workstation.
