Rocky Mountain Excavating, Inc.,* Castle Rock, Colorado (W9128F-15-D-0032); John Bowman, Inc.,* Fountain, Colorado (W9128F-15-D-0033); Hartland-Mass Joint Venture, LLC,* Woodland Park, Colorado (W9128F-15-D-0034); J.E. Hurley Construction Inc.,* Colorado Springs, Colorado (W9128F-15-D-0035); Leebcor Services LLC,* Williamsburg, Virginia (W9128F-15-D-0036) were awarded a $49,000,000 firm-fixed-price contract for design-build and construction services. Funding and work location will be determined with each order with an estimated completion date of June 25, 2018. Bids were solicited via the internet with fifteen received. Army Corps of engineers, Omaha, Nebraska is the contracting activity.
 

David Boland, Inc.,* Titusville, Florida was awarded a $26,149,000 firm-fixed-price contract with options to construct a Unmanned Aerial System hanger on Ft. Carson, Colorado with an estimated completion date of Nov. 22, 2016. Bids were solicited via the internet with six received. Fiscal 2015 military construction funds in the amount of $26,149,000 were obligated at the time of the award. Army Corps of Engineers, Omaha, Nebraska is the contracting activity (W9128F-15-C-0017).
 

Northrop Grumman Systems Corp., McLean, Virginia was awarded a $7,153,835 firm-fixed-price contract with options for information technology, architecture and engineering, command and control (C2) networks and associated C2 systems support for U.S. Forces Korea J6. Work will be performed in Korea with an estimated completion date of June 30, 2020. Fifty-three bids were solicited with one received. Fiscal 2015 operations and maintenance (Army) funds in the amount of $7,153,835 were obligated at the time of the award. Army Contracting Command, Yongsan, Korea APO AE is the contracting activity (W91QVN-15-F-0029).
 

NAVY
 

BAE Systems, Honolulu, Hawaii has been awarded a $13,758,797 definitization to previously awarded undefinitized contract (N00024-14-C-4412) for scheduled drydocking selected repair availability (DSRA) of USS O’Kane (DDG 77). The scheduled DSRA is the opportunity in the ship's life cycle primarily to conduct repair and alteration to systems and hull not available when the ship is waterborne. Work will be performed in Pearl Harbor, Hawaii, and is expected to be completed by November 2015. Fiscal 2015 operations and maintenance (Navy) funding in the amount of $13,758,797 will be obligated at time of award and will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility, Pearl Harbor, Hawaii, is the contracting activity. (Awarded July 6, 2015).

Contractor will provide advisory and assistance services, non-advisory and assistance services, and personal services. This will include administrative and functional support, medical and biomedical research assistance, clinical and clinical hyperbaric medicine services, environmental bio-terrorism support, technology evaluation, and research studies support. Work will be performed at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Dayton Ohio; San Antonio, Texas; Cincinnati, Ohio; Baltimore, Maryland; St. Louis, Missouri, and other geographically separated units, and is expected to be complete by July 1, 2020. This award is the result of a competitive acquisition with 16 offers received. Fiscal year 2015 operations and maintenance funds in the amount of $2,500 are being obligated at the time of award for the initial task order. Air Force Research Laboratory, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, is the contracting activity.
 

Sierra Nevada Corporation, Sparks, Nevada, has been awarded a $10,838,029 cost-plus-fixed-fee completion contract for Open Missions Systems Future Airborne Capability Environment Systems Development Feasibility Demonstration Model. Contractor will study the interoperability standards of the Future Airborne Capability Environment (FACE) and Open Missions Systems programs and identify and assess the differences; will identify, assess and document guidelines for future AF FACE implantation for subsystems and software aboard manned and unmanned aircraft; and define and document a technical OFSD prototype plan that identifies the integration approaches and demonstration of interoperable weapon system technology and methods. Work will be performed at Sparks, Nevada, and is expected to be complete by Dec. 12, 2016. This award is the result of a competitive acquisition and offers were solicited electronically via an open Broad Agency Announcement. Fiscal year 2015 research, development, test and evaluation funds in the amount of $3,325,000 are being obligated at the time of award. Air Force Research Laboratory, Rome, New York, is the contracting activity (FA8750-15-C-0127).
