Funding and work location will be determined with each order. Army Contracting Command, Rock Island Arsenal, Illinois, is the contracting activity.

 

PAR Systems Inc., St. Paul, Minnesota, was awarded a $7,238,168 firm-fixed-price contract to identify and correct all design defects, replace insufficient components, and replace or repair components for the Henry M. Shreve crane.  Bids were solicited via the Internet with one received. Work will be performed in Louisville, Kentucky, with an estimated completion date of Oct. 24, 2017.  Fiscal 2016 funds in the amount of $7,238,168 were obligated at the time of the award.  Army Corps of Engineers, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, is the contracting activity (W912BU-16-C-0010).

 

DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

 

SupplyCore Inc.,* Rockford, Illinois, has been awarded a maximum $97,000,000 firm-fixed-price contract for supply, storage and distribution of water purification systems. This was a competitive acquisition with two responses received. This is a four-year base contract with two six-month option periods. Location of performance is Illinois, with a Feb. 21, 2020, performance completion date. Using services are Army and Marine Corps. Type of appropriation is fiscal 2016 through fiscal 2020 defense working capital funds. The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Land and Maritime, Columbus, Ohio (SPE7MX-16-D-0046).

 

NAVY

 

Cardno TEC-AECOM Atlantic JV, Charlottesville, Virginia, is being awarded maximum amount $50,000,000 for a firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity, architect-engineering contract for environmental planning and engineering services for National Environmental Policy Act and Executive Order 12114, Environmental Effects Abroad of Major Federal Actions–Ship Homeporting and Related Operational Issues.  The work to be performed provides for the preparation of various documents to support the proposed infrastructure-related actions with respect to ship homeporting issues.  Examples of taskings required to complete this work may include analysis of port facility and infrastructure construction, renovation, and/or demolition; dredging; base realignment and closure actions; and proposed operational actions related to ship homeporting and waterfront activities.  The principle geographic area covered by this contract encompasses Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) Atlantic's area of responsibility (AOR), and the adjacent waters of the Atlantic and Pacific oceans, including the continental U.S., the Caribbean, Europe, and North Africa.  Work will be primarily performed within NAVFAC Atlantic’s AOR, which includes, but is not limited to, Virginia (30 percent); California (30 percent); Florida (20 percent); and Washington (20 percent).  Work may also be added and performed anywhere as required by the government.  The term of the contract is not to exceed 60 months, with an expected completion date of February 2021.  Fiscal 2016 operation and maintenance (Navy) contract funds in the amount $10,000 are obligated on this award and will expire at the end of the current fiscal year.  This contract was competitively procured via the Navy Electronic Commerce Online website, with three proposals received.  The Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Atlantic, Norfolk, Virginia, is the contracting activity (N62470-16-D-9002).

 

Raytheon Integrated Defense Systems, St. Petersburg, Florida, is being awarded an $11,410,990 modification to a previously awarded contract (N00024-13-C-5230) to exercise an option to provide engineering development model build and test for the cooperative engagement capability (CEC) common array block family of antennae.  CEC is a sensor netting system that significantly improves battle force anti-air warfare capability by extracting and distributing sensor-derived information such that the superset of this data is available to all participating CEC units. CEC improves battle force effectiveness by improving overall situational awareness and by enabling longer range, cooperative, multiple, or layered engagement strategies.  Work will be performed in St. Petersburg, Florida (40 percent); McKinney, Texas (28 percent); Largo, Florida (22 percent); and Andover, Massachusetts (10 percent), and is expected to be completed by August 2017.  Fiscal 2016 research, development, test and evaluation (Navy) funding in the amount of $5,000,000 will be obligated at the time of award and will not expire at the end of fiscal 2016.  The Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington, District of Columbia, is the contracting activity.

 

AIR FORCE

 

Lockheed Martin Corp., Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Co., Fort Worth, Texas, has been awarded a $45,478,941 modification (P00670) to previously awarded contract FA8611-08-C-2897 for support to increase the flight hours for the F-22 weapon system. Work will be performed at Fort Worth, Texas, and is expected to be complete by Dec. 31, 2016. Fiscal 2016 operation and maintenance funds in the amount of $45,478,941 are being obligated at the time of award. Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Hill Air Force Base, Utah, is the contracting activity.
