CONTRACTS

 

AIR FORCE

 

Lockheed Martin, Missiles and Fire Control, Orlando, Florida, has been awarded a $116,820,526 modification (P00007) to exercise the option on previously awarded contract FA8682-16-C-0005 for the Joint Air-to-Surface Standoff Missile (JASSM) program. Contractor will provide JASSM production, system upgrades, integration, sustainment, management and logistical support. Work will be performed at Troy, Alabama, and is expected to be complete by June 29, 2019.  Fiscal 2016 missile procurement funds in the amount of $116,820,526 are being obligated at the time of award. Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Eglin Air Force Base, Florida, is the contracting activity.

 

Leidos Inc., Reston, Virginia, has been awarded a $9,828,000 indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear (CBRN) analytic, modeling, and survivability studies. Contractor will provide capabilities, participation in efforts to collect and manage data, and development of technical and scientific answers to CBRN-related issues. Work will be performed at Reston, Virginia; and Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, and is expected to be complete by March 4, 2021. This award is the result of a broad agency announcement acquisition. Fiscal 2016 research, development, test and evaluation funds in the amount of $126,764 are being obligated on the initial task order at the time of award. Air Force Research Laboratory, Wright Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, is the contracting activity (FA8650-16-D-6622).

 

The Raytheon Co., Space and Airborne Systems Division, Fort Wayne, Indiana, has been awarded a $7,727,621 modification (P00038) to previously awarded contract FA8307-11-C-1000 for an engineering change on the VINSON/ANDVT Cryptographic Modernization (VACM) program. Contractor will implement hardware changes related to design issues and parts obsolescence, as well as software deficiencies identified during testing. Work will be performed at Fort Wayne, Indiana; and Largo, Florida, and is expected to be complete by March 7, 2017. Fiscal 2015 research, development, test and evaluation funds in the amount of $2,950,803; and fiscal 2014 procurement funds in the amount of $294,600 are being obligated at time of award. Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Cryptologic and Cyber Systems Division, Joint-Base San Antonio, Texas, is the contracting activity.

 

DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

 

Texas Power and Associates LLC,* Dallas, Texas (SPE8EG-16-D-0027); Inglett and Stubbs International Ltd.,* Atlanta, Georgia (SPE8EG-16-D-0026); Caterpillar Governmental and Defense Products, Mossville, Illinois (SPE8EG-16-D-0025); Berger Cummins JV, Washington, District of Columbia (SPE8EG-16-D-0024); and Atlantic Diving Supply Inc.,* Virginia Beach, Virginia (SPE8EG-16-D-0023), are sharing a maximum $45,000,000 firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract under solicitation SPE8EG-16-R-0005 for generator sets. This was a competitive acquisition with five responses received. This is a five-year contract with no option periods. Locations of performance are the continental U.S.; Alaska; Hawaii; and the Caribbean and Pacific Islands, with a March 3, 2021, performance completion date. Using customers are federal civilian agencies. Type of appropriation is fiscal 2016 through fiscal 2021 defense working capital funds. The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

 

Falcon Fuels,* Parliament, California, has been awarded a minimum $33,789,909 fixed-price with economic price adjustment contract for various types of fuel. This was a competitive acquisition with 30 responses received. This is a 42-month contract with no option periods. Locations of performance are California and Arizona, with a Sept. 30, 2019, performance completion date. Using services are Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps and federal civilian agencies. Type of appropriation is fiscal 2016 through fiscal 2019 defense working capital funds. The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Energy, Fort Belvoir, Virginia (SPE600-16-D-4550).

 

Romo Production Inc.,* Santa Ana, California, has been awarded a maximum $7,153,500 firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for running suit jackets. This was a competitive acquisition with nine responses received. This is a one-year base contract with four one-year option periods. Locations of performance are California and Texas, with a March 4, 2017, performance completion date. Using service is Navy. Type of appropriation is fiscal 2016 through fiscal 2017 defense working capital funds. The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (SPE1C1-16-D-1034).

 

NAVY

 

Electric Boat Corp., Groton, Connecticut, is being awarded a $28,654,287 not-to-exceed, undefinitized contract action against a previously awarded contract (N00024-11-C-2109) for the procurement of concept design and hardware for the Sea Dragon development program.  The work will be performed in Groton, Connecticut, and is scheduled to be completed by November 2016.  Fiscal 2016 research, development, test and evaluation (Navy) funding in the amount of $14,327,143 will be obligated at time of award and will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.  Supervisor of Shipbuilding Conversion and Repair, Groton, Connecticut, is the contracting activity.

 

BAE Systems Hawaii, Honolulu, Hawaii, is being awarded a $14,083,000 modification to a previously awarded contract (N00024-14-C-4412) for scheduled selected repair availability for USS Preble (DDG-88).  This repair modification consists of 104 work items.  Work will be performed at Pearl Harbor, Hawaii, and is expected to be completed by December 2016.  Fiscal 2016 operations and maintenance (Navy) funding in the amount of $14,083,000 will be obligated at time of award and will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility, Pearl Harbor, Hawaii, is the contracting activity.

 

 

ARMY

 

Boeing – Defense Space & Security, Huntington Beach, California, was awarded an $18,405,995 firm-fixed-price contract with options for DO-160G Tri-band radomes and mounting rings, and installation and integration on C-17A aircraft.  One bid was solicited with one received.  Work will be performed in Huntington Beach, California, with an estimated completion date of Sept. 30, 2017.  Fiscal 2015 other procurement (Army) funds in the amount of $18,405,995 were obligated at the time of the award.  Army Contracting Command, Natick, Massachusetts, is the contracting activity (W911QY-16-C-0020).

 

Alliant Techsystems Operations LLC, Rocket Center, West Virginia, was awarded a $17,782,960 multi-year, incrementally funded, fixed-price-incentive contract for the qualification of insensitive munitions propulsion systems and integration/test support required for component and system qualification testing in the Guided Multiple-Launch Rocket System.  Bids were solicited via the Internet with two received. Work will be performed in Rocket Center, West Virginia, with an estimated completion date of Dec. 31, 2017.  Fiscal 2016 research, development, testing, and evaluation funds in the amount of $17,782,960 were obligated at the time of the award.  Army Contracting Command, Redstone Arsenal, Alabama, is the contracting activity (W31P4Q-16-C-0076).

 

Aerojet Rocketdyne Inc., Gainesville, Virginia, was awarded an $18,839,314 fixed-price-incentive, multi-year, incrementally funded contract for qualifying insensitive munitionspropulsion systems and the integration/test support required for component and system qualification testing Guided Multiple-Launch Rocket System.  Bids were solicited via the Internet with two received.  Work will be performed in Gainesville, Virginia, with an estimated completion date of Dec. 31, 2017.  Fiscal 2016 research, development, testing, and evaluation funds in the amount of $10,379,485 were obligated at the time of the award.  Army Contracting Command, Redstone Arsenal, Alabama, is the contracting activity (W31P4Q-16-C-0077).

 

IBIS TEK LLC,* Butler, Pennsylvania, was awarded a $10,034,203 modification (P00020) to contract W56HZV-13-C-0036 for 58-gallon and 78-gallon armor B-kits for the Family of Medium Tactical Vehicles (FMTV).  Work will be performed in Butler, Pennsylvania, with an estimated completion date of Dec. 31, 2016.  Fiscal 2016 other procurement funds in the amount of $10,034,202 were obligated at the time of the award.  Army Contracting Command, Warren, Michigan, is the contracting activity.

 

Northcon Inc., Hayden, Idaho, was awarded an $8,000,000 modification (P00006) to contract W9126G-14-D-0021 for maintenance, repair, upgrade and construction of real Army and civil real property facilities.  Work will be performed in Ft. Polk, Louisiana, with an estimated completion date of March 27, 2017.  Funding and work location will be determined with each order.  Army Corps of Engineers, Ft. Worth, Texas, is the contracting activity.
