AIR FORCE
United Technologies Corp., Pratt and Whitney, East Hartford, Connecticut, has been awarded a not-to-exceed $64,205,540 increase via modification P00170 to previously awarded unfinitized contract action FA8611-08-C-2896 P00160 for F119 engine sustainment. Work will be performed at East Hartford, Connecticut; Edwards Air Force Base, California; Elmendorf Air Force Base, Alaska; Hickam Air Force Base, Hawaii; Hill Air Force Base, Utah; Langley Air Force Base, Virginia; Nellis Air Force Base, Nevada; Sheppard Air Force Base, Texas; Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma; and Tyndall Air Force Base, Florida, and is expected to be complete by Dec. 31, 2016. Fiscal 2016 operation and maintenance funds in the amount of $48,154,156 are being obligated at the time of award. Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, is the contracting activity.
Williams International Co. LLC, Walled Lake, Michigan, has been awarded a $30,000,000 modification (P00003) to previously awarded contract FA8650-14-D-2406 for Versatile Affordable Advanced Turbine Engines (VAATE) III & Beyond. This modification increases the indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract not-to-exceed ceiling for the VAATE program, which is a multiple government agency and industry joint effort to develop revolutionary and innovative technologies by the 2017 timeframe that will permit an order of magnitude increase in turbo-propulsion affordability over the year 2000 state-of-the-art technology. This effort focuses on Phase III of the VAATE program with future efforts for beyond Phase III. Work will be performed at Walled Lake, Michigan; and Ogden, Utah, and is expected to be complete by Sept. 29, 2022. No funds are being obligated at the time of award. Air Force Research Laboratory, Wright- Patterson Air ForceBase Ohio, is the contracting activity.
CORRECTION: The firm-fixed-price contract announced on May 27, 2016, to ASRC Communications Ltd., Beltsville, Maryland, for $22,722,306, also included a portion of not-to-exceed (NTE), cost-reimbursable contract line items. The NTE cost-reimbursable line items are $15,808,000, and the firm-fixed-price was $6,914,306. The total actual dollars obligated at time of award was $6,914,306. Additionally, the location of the contracting agency was incorrect. The location is Joint Base San Antonio-Randolph, Texas. All other information is correct.
NAVY
Cardno-Amec Foster Wheeler JV, Charlottesville, Virginia, is being awarded a maximum amount $30,000,000 firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity, architect-engineering contract for Marine Corps facilities assessments utilizing the BUILDER™ Sustainment Management System at various Marine Corps installations worldwide. No task orders are being issued at this time. Work will be performed at various Marine Corps facilities worldwide, but not limited to California (22 percent); Arizona (2 percent); Virginia (5 percent); Georgia (3 percent); North Carolina (29 percent); South Carolina (8 percent); Hawaii (7 percent); and Japan (24 percent), and is expected to be completed by June 2021. Fiscal 2016 operation and maintenance, (Marine Corps) contract funds in the amount of $5,000 are obligated on this award and will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Future task orders will be primarily funded by operation and maintenance, (Marine Corps). This contract was competitively procured via the Navy Electronic Commerce Online website, with four proposals received. Lockheed Martin Mission Systems and Training, Baltimore, Maryland, is being awarded a $10,864,910 cost-plus-fixed-fee delivery order modification against the previously awarded basic ordering agreement N00024-15-G-2303 to provide emergent availability planning and execution and test and trials for full ship shock trials support (FSST) for the Littoral Combat Ship USS Milwaukee (LCS-5). Lockheed Martin will provide advance planning and accomplishment in support of in-between shot repairs during the FSST event; and the FSST repair period including work specifications and execution to correct damage sustained during the FSST event and FSST instrumentation removal. Work will be performed in Mayport, Florida (35 percent); Baltimore, Maryland (30 percent); New York, New York (30 percent); and Marinette, Wisconsin (5 percent), and is expected to be completed by December 2016. Fiscal 2015 and 2016 research, development, test and evaluation (Navy) in amount of $10,864,910 will be obligated at time of award, with $4,000,000 expiring at the end of the current fiscal year. The Supervisor of Shipbuilding, Conversion, and Repair, Bath, Maine, is the contracting activity.

Seqirus, King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, has been awarded a maximum $18,108,450 firm-fixed-price, indefinite-quantity contract for multi-dose influenza vaccine vials. This is a one-year contract with no option years. This was a competitive acquisition with four responses received. Locations of performance are Pennsylvania and Australia, with a June 7, 2017, performance completion date. Using services are Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps and federal civilian agencies. Type of appropriation is fiscal 2016 through fiscal 2017 defense working capital funds. The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (SPE2DP-16-D-0005).

Boston Consulting Group Inc., Bethesda, Maryland, is being awarded an estimated $17,015,046 modification (P00001) to task order HDEC05-16-F-0002 under contract GS-10-F-0253V for contractor advisory and assistance services. Work will be performed in Bethesda, Maryland; however, performance of some of the services (i.e., progress review; other discussion; briefings) may be performed at the Defense Commissary Agency. The completion date is May 17, 2017. The face value of the initial task order was an estimated $6,845,902 funded by defense working capital funds. BIS Services LLC,* Kenner, Louisiana, was awarded a $9,512,825 firm-fixed-price contract with options for a hurricane protection project, New Orleans, to Venice, Non-Federal, West (NOV-NF-W-06a3) West Point A La Hache to St. Jude Levee, Plaquemines Parish, Louisiana, with an estimated completion date of Nov. 13, 2017. Bids were solicited via the Internet with eight received. Fiscal 2014 other procurement funds in the amount of $9,512,825 were obligated at the time of the award. SAE Systems Ordnance Systems Inc., Kingsport, Tennessee, was awarded a $9,002,367 modification (P00591) to contract DAAA09-98-E-0006 to install two additional anoxic treatment cells at the Holston Army Ammunition Plant.
