CONTRACTS

 

DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

 

BP Products North America Inc., Chicago, Illinois (SPE600-16-D-0591, $152,714,386); and BioUrja Trading LLC,* Houston, Texas (SPE600-16-D-0590, $113,153,044), have each been awarded a fixed-price with economic price adjustment, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract under solicitation SPE600-15-R-0719 for various types of fuel. This was a competitive acquisition with 37 responses received. They are one-year contracts with a 30-day carryover. Locations of performance are Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Illinois, with an April 30, 2017, performance completion date. Using agency is Defense Logistics Agency Energy. Type of appropriation is fiscal 2016 defense working capital funds. The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Energy, Fort Belvoir, Virginia.

 

Shell Oil Products, Houston, Texas (SPE600-16-D-0473/P00002, $107,916,190); and Calumet Shreveport Fuels LLC, Indianapolis, Indiana (SPE600-16-D-0476/P00002, $42,959,640), have each been awarded a fixed-price with economic price adjustment, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity modification under solicitation SPE600-15-R-0719 for various types of fuel. They are one-year contracts with a 30-day carryover. Locations of performance are Texas, Alabama, Louisiana, and Indiana, with an April 30, 2017, performance completion date. Using agency is Defense Logistics Agency Energy. Type of appropriation is fiscal 2016 defense working capital funds. The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Energy, Fort Belvoir, Virginia.

 

Southern Foods Group LLC, Honolulu, Hawaii, has been awarded a maximum $8,510,191 fixed-price with economic price adjustment, indefinite-quantity contract for fresh dairy and juice items. This was a competitive acquisition with two responses received. This is a three-year contract with no option periods. Locations of performance are Hawaii and the continental U.S., with a June 8, 2019, performance completion date. Using services are Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps and non-Department of Defense ships. Type of appropriation is fiscal 2016 through fiscal 2019 defense working capital funds. The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support Pacific, Pearl Harbor, Hawaii (SPE302-16-D-P006).

 

NAVY

 

Advanced Acoustic Concepts, Hauppauge, New York, is being awarded $27,461,965 modification P00028 to previously awarded contract N00024-12-C-6311 to provide additional contract line item numbers to support the existing mission package software platforms for the Littoral Combat Ship Mission Modules Program.  Advanced Acoustic Concepts will procure, install, fabricate, test, trouble shoot and perform operational maintenance.  Work will be performed in Columbia, Maryland (50 percent); Hauppauge, New York (30 percent); and Lamont Furnace, Pennsylvania (20 percent).  Work is expected to be completed by September 2017.  Fiscal 2016 research, development, test and evaluation; fiscal 2016 operations and maintenance (Navy); and fiscal 2016 other procurement (Navy) funds in the amount of $5,111,360 will be obligated at time of award.  Contract funds in the amount of $1,678,255 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year.  The Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington, District of Columbia, is the contracting activity.

 

Buchanan & Edwards Inc., Arlington, Virginia, is being awarded a maximum ceiling $19,500,000 firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for the procurement of the Marine Corps Recruiting Information Support System (MCRISS).  The scope of this effort includes the design, development, management and deployment of an MCRISS offline recruiter client capability for Marine Corps recruiters.  All work will be performed at the Marine Corps Recruiting Command, Quantico, Virginia.  The term of the contract is an order period not to exceed 36 months, with an expected completion date of June 25, 2019.  Fiscal 2016 operations and maintenance funds (Marine Corps) in the amount of $1,139,727 for Task order 0001 will be obligated at the time of award and will expire the end of the current fiscal year.  This contract was competitively procured via the Federal Business Opportunities website, with five offers received.  The Marine Corps Systems Command, Quantico, Virginia, is the contracting activity (M67854-16-R-4800).  

 

Leebcor Services LLC,* Williamsburg, Virginia, is being awarded $11,959,980 for firm-fixed-price task order WE01 under a previously awarded, multiple award construction contract (N69450-13-D-1765) for repairs and refurbishments to First Battalion Recruit Barracks B-589 at Marine Corps Recruit Depot, Parris Island.  Work will be performed in Parris Island, South Carolina, and is expected to be completed by December 2017.  Fiscal 2016 operation and maintenance (Marine Corps) contract funds in the amount of $11,959,980 are obligated on this award and will expire at the end of the current fiscal year.  Three proposals were received for this task order.  The Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Mid-Atlantic, Norfolk, Virginia, is the contracting activity.
