This was a sole-source acquisition using justification 10 U.S. Code 2304(c)(1). This is a one-year base contract with one six-month option period that was exercised at the time of award. Makers Architecture and Urban Design LLP,* Seattle, Washington, is being awarded a maximum amount $30,000,000 indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity, architect-engineering contract to develop basic facility requirements for work in the Naval Facilities Engineering Command Atlantic’s area of responsibility, but also worldwide. The work to be performed provides for developing basic facility requirements documents, performing asset evaluations, and developing current condition floor plans. Talion Construction LLC,* Honolulu, Hawaii, is being awarded a maximum amount $20,000,000 indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity job order contract for minor repair and construction projects at Naval Base Ventura County. The work to be performed provides for, but is not limited to, new construction, renovation, alteration, demolition and repair work by design-build or by design-bid-build of electrical, mechanical, painting, engineering/design, paving (asphaltic and concrete), flooring (tile work/carpeting), roofing, structural repair, fencing, heating, ventilation and air conditioning, and fire suppression/protection system installation projects. BAE Systems San Diego Ship Repair, San Diego, California, is being awarded a $9,821,638 cost-plus-award-fee modification to previously awarded contract N00024-16-C-2309 to exercise options for post shakedown availabilities (PSA) for USS Jackson (LCS 6) and USS Montgomery (LCS 8). The PSA is accomplished within a period of approximately 10-16 weeks. The PSA encompasses all of the manpower, support services, material, non-standard equipment, and associated technical data and documentation required to prepare for and accomplish the PSA. The work to be performed will include correction of government responsible trial card deficiencies; new work identified between custody transfer and the time of PSA; and incorporation of approved engineering changes that were not incorporated during the construction period which are not otherwise the building yard's responsibility under the ship construction contract.
