 The chief of staff, Air Force announced the following assignment: 

Maj. Gen. Christopher J. Bence, vice commander, 3d Air Force and 17th Expeditionary Air Force, Ramstein Air Base, Germany, to commander, U.S. Air Force Expeditionary Center, Air Mobility Command, Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, New Jersey.
