Flag Officer Assignments

July 8, 2016
The Secretary of the Navy Ray Mabus and Chief of Naval Operations John M. Richardson announced today the following assignments:

Rear Adm. (upper half) Scott B. J. Jerabek will be assigned as deputy director, Defense Threat Reduction Agency, Fort Belvoir, Virginia.  Jerabek is currently serving as director, Theater Engagement, J7, U.S. Southern Command, Doral, Florida.

Rear Adm. (lower half) Steven L. Parode will be assigned as deputy chief, Tailored Access Operations, S32, National Security Agency, Fort Meade, Maryland.  Parode is currently serving as director of Intelligence, J2, U.S. Strategic Command, Offutt Air Force Base, Nebraska.
