ARMY
 

FN Manufacturing, LLC, Columbia, South Carolina, was awarded an $84,600,000 firm-fixed-price contract for fabrication and delivery of M240 machine guns and spare receivers. Funding and work location will be determined with each order, with an estimated completion date of Dec. 4, 2018. Bids were solicited via the Internet, with one received. Army Contracting Command, Picatinny Arsenal, New Jersey, is the contracting activity (W15QKN-15-D-0003).
 

Cray Inc., Seattle, Washington, was awarded a $30,750,000 modification (P0007) to firm-fixed-price contract W912DY-13-G-0022 to acquire commercially available high performance computing systems for the Department of Defense High Performance Computing Modernization Program. Fiscal 2015 other procurement (Army) funds in the amount of $30,750,000 were obligated at the time of the award. Estimated completion date is July 3, 2019. Work will be performed at the U.S. Navy Department of Defense Supercomputing Resource Center, John C. Stennis Space Center, Mississippi. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Engineer Support Center, Huntsville, Alabama, is the contracting activity.
 

Great Lakes Dredge & Dock Co., LLC, Oak Brook, Illinois, was awarded a $25,637,000 firm-fixed-price contract for the Arthur Kill Channel Navigation project, which includes dredging, blasting and disposal of rock. Work will be performed in Elizabeth, New Jersey (10 percent); Linden, New Jersey (40 percent); and Staten Island, New York (50 percent), with an estimated completion date of Nov. 20, 2015. Bids were solicited via the Internet, with three received. Fiscal 2015 other procurement funds in the amount of $25,637,000 are being obligated at the time of the award. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, New York District, New York, New York, is the contracting activity (W912DS-15-C-0004).
 

Carahsoft Technology Corp., Reston, Virginia, was awarded a $17,895,793 modification (P00036) to firm-fixed-price contract W91QUZ-11-F-0027 for systems applications and products licenses and maintenance for Program Manager Global Combat Support System and Program Manager Army Enterprise Systems Integration Program. Fiscal 2015 operations and maintenance (Army) and other procurement (Army) funds in the amount of $17,895,793 were obligated at the time of the award. Estimated completion date is June 24, 2016. Work will be performed in Alexandria, Virginia. Army Contracting Command, Rock Island Arsenal, Rock Island, Illinois, is the contracting activity.
 

NAVY
 

Readiness Management Support, L.C., Panama City, Florida, is being awarded a $57,800,000 modification to a previously awarded cost-plus-fixed-fee contract (N65236-09-C-6972) for a ceiling increase and period of performance extension to provide continued Aviation Command and Control (C2) operations and maintenance support services at the current levels. This contract included four options which, as a result of this modification, would bring the cumulative ceiling value of this contract to $467,848,657. Work will be performed in Southwest Asia, primarily Afghanistan, and is expected to be completed by September 2015. Fiscal 2015 operations and maintenance (Air Force) and Department of State funds in the amount of $57,657,000 are being obligated at the time of award. Contract funds will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was previously competitively procured with proposals solicited via the Commerce Business Daily’s Federal Business Opportunities website and the SPAWAR e-Commerce Central website, with two offers received. Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center Atlantic, Charleston, South Carolina, is the contracting activity.
 

Maersk Line, Ltd, Norfolk, Virginia, is being awarded $14,460,128 under a previously awarded firm-fixed-price contract (N00033-11-C-5400) for the exercise of a 12-month option period for the worldwide charter of one U.S. flag, Ice-class certified, double-hull product tanker. The vessel provides worldwide bulk fuel support to the U.S. Department of Defense to include a delivery each year to Antarctica for the National Science Foundation and a delivery each year to Greenland for the Department of Defense, Defense Logistics Agency-Energy. Work will be performed at sea worldwide and is expected to be completed by December 2015. Fiscal 2015 working capital funds and operations and maintenance funds in the amount of $11,686,953 will be obligated at the time of award. Contract funds for $2,773,175 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Military Sealift Command, Washington, District of Columbia, is the contracting activity (N00033-11-C-5400).
 

Huntington Ingalls Inc., Newport News, Virginia, is being awarded a $9,972,928 modification to a previously awarded contract (N00024-11-C-2103) for engineering and technical design services to support research and development (R&D) of advanced submarine technologies for current and future submarine platforms. The contract provides for R&D studies to support the manufacturability, maintainability, producibility, reliability, manning, survivability, hull integrity, performance, structural, weight/margin, stability, arrangements, machinery systems, acoustics, hydrodynamics, ship control, logistics, human factors, materials, weapons handling and stowage, submarine safety, and affordability of submarines. The program also supports near term insertion of Virginia Class technology; identification of Ohio Class replacement technology options; future submarine concepts; and core technologies. Work will be performed in Newport News, Virginia, and is expected to be completed by December 2015. Fiscal 2014 and 2015 research, development, test and evaluation funding in the amount of $401,000 will be obligated at time of award. Contract funds will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington, District of Columbia, is the contracting activity.
 

DEFENSE HUMAN RESOURCES ACTIVITIES
 

Fors Marsh Group, LLC.,* Arlington, Virginia, is being awarded an estimated $9,840,981 firm-fixed-price, requirements type contract for market research and survey services. This contract provides for survey services, as well as market research and analysis, in support of the Joint Advertising and Market Research military recruiting research efforts. Work will be performed in Alexandria, Virginia, with an expected completion date of Dec. 14, 2015. No funds will be obligated at the time of award; funds will be released as individual task orders are issued. This contract was set aside as a 100 percent small business competitive procurement via the Federal Business Opportunities website, with two offers received in response to the solicitation. The Defense Human Resources - Procurement Support Office, Alexandria, Virginia, is the contracting activity (H98210-15-D-0001).
